Payment & Cancellation Policy
- A 50% deposit is required on all orders at the time the order is placed. An order must be canceled 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery time in order to receive full refund.
- We accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
- Meals tax is not included in pricing. 6.25%
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- To be eligible for tax exempt status we require copies of your organization's certificate of exemption.
- Massachusetts law requires us to inform you that consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, eggs, and/or seafood may increase your risk of food borne illness.
- At Cravings we take food allergies seriously. Upon request we will provide a list of ingredients used during food production, as well as any foods that come from outside vendors. Due to production processes Cravings makes no guarantee that cross contamination has not occurred.
- Delivery is available to Duxbury and Kingston for a nominal fee.
- Driver gratuity is not included in this fee. Please let us know when order is placed.
- Please inquire about delivery to other towns.
- A 7 day notice on all orders is appreciated.
